Fischer Panda GMBH is a world-renowned manufacturer of diesel generators, hybrid drive systems for mobile marine, vehicle and military applications. The Company has played a pioneering role in the design and manufacture of marine and vehicle generators for the past 35 years.
2014 Fischer Panda SEA Pte Ltd was formed in Singapore in 2014 to provide marketing and technical support to customers throughout the Southeast Asian territory. Our investment in this fast moving, diverse economic and cultural region was driven by the need to better service our customers and our sales and service channels on the ground, with people who understand the language and know how business is done. The Fischer Panda range of generators and associated products extends to over 200 models from 3 Kw to 200 kw, from super light units for small boats and vehicles to heavy duty equipment for the toughest of military applications. Customization is a way of life at Fischer Panda. If you don't find what you need off the shelf; just ask. 2017 Fischer Panda SEA Pte Ltd has launched 3 new complementary product ranges as part of a strategy to offer more complete solutions to customers with “best-of-breed” ancillary products, centred around the Fischer Panda generator range. The 3 most common reasons for wanting a generator on board are air conditioning, refrigeration and battery charging. Fischer Panda is already one off the largest global distributor for the Victron range of chargers, inverters, invertor/chargers and associated accessories. VECO Spa. offers Climma Air Conditioning and Frigoboat Refrigeration which we added to our portfolio and now exclusively distribute in SEA. We proud to jointly grow the South East Asia region representation for VECO. We are even more excited to now offer our clients with this extended complementary set of solutions. 2024 HATZ GMBH is added to the portfolio of brands represented in South East Asia by Fischer Panda SEA. Passion for Technology - This is what Hatz has stood for - for almost 150 years. The Hatz organization manufactures Diesel Power Engines for Industrial applications and these engines are used in some of the Fischer Panda generators. With the addition of Hatz to our portfolio we can now provide better and more direct support to our clients in South East Asia. 2024 SEA Power Systems Pte Ltd is established via a name change of Fischer Panda SEA Pte Ltd and the following new entities are registered under "Fischer Panda SEA", "VECO SEA", "Hatz SEA" this change was performed to be able to market each brand on its own merit. SEA Power Systems Pte Ltd was establish in 2024 and coming from a name change (Formerly being "Fischer Panda SEA Pte Ltd") to enable the Company to continue growth into the 21st century.
With a growing portfolio of supported companies and a need to represent each brand for its brand merits it was decided that each Brand (Fischer Panda, Veco and Hatz) need proper brand representation, dedication and support. In order to enable a lean organization with as limited functional overlap as possible it was decided to create a "Management and Financial transaction trading" organization representing, managing and operating all South East Asian business for:-

Founded in Paderborn under the name Icemaster GmbH in 1977Since 1986 the company has developed extremely quiet generators for onboard power supply to boat and vehicles. When introduced, the generators were significantly smaller, lighter, more effective and quieter than competing products at that time on the market. This laid the foundation for the company to gain a leading position in this field.
In 1988, Fischer Panda GmbH attained the rights from Fischer Generators, located in Passau. This company co-operated with the internationally renowned BMW Marine Division. This gave rise to the new brand, "Fischer Panda". Fischer Panda is still, by far, the leading manufacturer of sound-insulated generators that produce an electrical power source for boat and vehicles. An additional factory equipped with modern production equipement was built in Poland in 1992 to keep production costs low. This has over 4,000 square metre floor space and 13,000 square metres surrounding area. Over 200 well qualified tradesmen, engineers and technicians are employed at this factory fitted with modern machinery working exclusively for Fischer Panda. Since 1997, Fischer Panda Inc. is an independent franchise located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They manage distribution on the American continent. This includes Canada and South America, as well as 150 recognised dealers. 2004 saw major expansion in Paderborn Germany The heart of Fischer Panda GmbH is located in Paderborn. Here all decisions are made concerning product development, sales is organised, international logistics are arranged, customer services and production are organised, prototypes are built, constructed and the products are enhanced. The company´s own premises in Paderborn cover 22,000 square metres of land with buildings providing 7,000 square metres of buildings of which 800 square meters are offices. The company was renamed to Fischer Panda GmbH on 1.1.2007The company was renamed to Fischer Panda GmbH on 1.1.2007 by 2016 more than 500 people are employed in the Fischer Panda Group (including the distributor franchises in USA England and Asia) involved with the product which are sold worldwide under the name Fischer Panda. |

Veco’s product lines have evolved from an innovative refrigerating system designed in 1970 for a friend sailor, to today's comprehensive range of highly sophisticated refrigeration and air conditioning products.Veco brings 2 world famous brands to the Fischer Panda portfolio: CLIMMA Air Conditioning and FRIGOBOAT refrigeration. With the brand CLIMMA, Veco manufactures marine air-conditioning systems, from small independent units to customized, centralized chiller systems, fancoils, mistifiers, fresh air make-up units, boilers and air extractors. From 3,500 BTU independent systems of the Compact range to solutions provided over 1,000,000BTU of the Chorus line, Climma has an airconditioning solution for almost every vessel. The brand FRIGOBOAT covers a wide range of marine refrigeration systems, with DC models suitable up to 50 liters & 230V models, suitable for large cold rooms, standard & custom stainless steel cabinets, wine cellars and completely customized cold rooms. With the new SUPERYACHT DIVISION, Veco wants to follow its clients even more, with custom projects & tailor made solutions, supporting them with experience and the quality of their solutions. The company is based in Giussano with a 5,000 meter square area, where the manufacturing lines, the offices, the technical and R&D department are located. With state-of-the-art test room, laser cutting machines and robotic work centers, Veco’s products perfectly represent the Made in Italy concept. In order to meet the highest standards of quality control, the technical Department includes an R&D branch and as special department for Quality Management.
